Aadel Haleem is an award-winning journalist, presenter, and executive producer currently based in Doha, Qatar, working with Euronews. He specializes in creating highly produced, long-form broadcast packages with a strong focus on digital storytelling. With over 15 years of experience, Haleem has reported across continents, covering major global events and amplifying marginalized voices through innovative multimedia projects.

His career began in Canada, where he worked as a reporter and anchor for CBC Television and OMNI News: South Asian Edition. At CBC, he pitched, reported, and produced same-day news stories, often shooting and editing his own video packages. He later joined TRT World in Istanbul, where he presented shows across sports, news, and arts & culture, while reporting from the field in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and China. Notably, he covered the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and the FIFA World Cup as a one-person band, delivering daily live reports and match previews.

Beyond his reporting, Haleem has been recognized for his creative approach to journalism. He won the RTDNA Digital Media Award for I Am A Refugee, a multimedia project highlighting the stories of six new Canadians in their own languages. His portfolio spans news, sports, and cultural coverage, reflecting his versatility and commitment to storytelling. Today, as an executive producer and presenter at Euronews, he continues to shape narratives that resonate globally, while maintaining a strong presence across digital platforms.
