Bri Ng Schwartz is a Brooklyn‑based arts administrator, writer, and community engagement specialist whose work spans theatre, cultural advocacy, and multidisciplinary storytelling. With a background rooted in dramaturgy and arts education, she has built a career centered on community‑driven cultural programming and the development of inclusive creative spaces. Her professional path reflects a commitment to amplifying underrepresented voices and fostering dialogue across artistic communities.

She currently serves as the Education & Community Outreach Manager at Primary Stages, while also contributing as a Staff Writer for Mixed Asian Media. Her previous roles include positions at organizations such as JACK, the National Queer Theater, Pan Asian Repertory Theatre, and the Consortium of Asian American Theaters & Artists, where she worked across community relations, equity‑focused facilitation, and arts administration. Schwartz has also collaborated with Theatre Communications Group as an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion consultant, further solidifying her role as an advocate for intersectional representation in the performing arts.

Alongside her administrative and advocacy work, Schwartz has contributed to numerous creative and educational initiatives as a dramaturg, teaching artist, and facilitator. Her practice emphasizes intersectional storytelling, intergenerational dialogue, and accessible pathways into the arts. Based in New York, she continues to shape community‑centered cultural ecosystems through writing, facilitation, and organizational leadership.
