Eleonora D’Addato is an Italian-born sustainability advocate, food‑tech specialist, and communication strategist whose work spans biotech, venture capital, and digital innovation. Based in Berlin, she is known for blending scientific expertise with storytelling to advance green‑tech ecosystems.

Raised in Southern Italy in a modern, idea‑driven family, Eleonora D’Addato grew up surrounded by conversations about innovation and sustainability. This environment nurtured her curiosity for science, culture, and communication, eventually shaping her multidisciplinary path. Her early love for storytelling—listening, observing, and translating complex ideas into accessible narratives—became a defining thread throughout her career.

D’Addato graduated with top honors in Food Science and Technology in 2021, a period marked by the challenges of the pandemic, which strengthened her adaptability and resilience. Her studies and early professional experiences took her across borders, exposing her to global food systems and the emerging innovations reshaping them. She went on to work with food‑tech startups and major corporations, gaining a front‑row view of the sector’s transformation before pivoting toward entrepreneurship and digital strategy.

Driven by a desire to build meaningful, sustainable ventures, D’Addato co‑founded a green‑tech–focused venture capital initiative and later expanded into digital marketing, branding, and automation. Today, she serves as Communication & Growth Lead at GOC Nexus, where she develops integrated digital strategies—SEO, automation, community engagement—to position the company as a global player in cannabis innovation. Outside her professional life, she is an avid photographer, music lover, and tech enthusiast, living in Berlin, a city that mirrors her passion for culture and sustainability.
