Amy Donohoe joined the Irish Independent team in 2022 as a Dublin reporter. Raised in Cootehill in County Cavan, Amy moved to the capital in 2016 to study journalism at DCU. She went on to get an MSc in climate change: policy, society, and media. Amy has a nose for local news and has been a reporter in Dublin for over four years. Her interests include Dublin pubs, advocacy and the arts.
