Aude Lechrist is a French journalist, presenter, and writer whose career began in the early 2000s in the pages of Ouest‑France while she was studying History in Angers. She later wrote for Le Figaroscope before moving into television, first at Ciné Cinéma and then at the continuous news channel I‑Télé in 2003.

In 2006, she joined the launch team of France 24, where she quickly became one of the channel’s recognizable on‑air voices. She currently presents the weekend news blocks, including the evening edition, where she interviews guests and works alongside analysts and correspondents to bring depth to breaking news and global stories.

Beyond journalism, Lechrist is also an accomplished author. Her literary work includes several novels—Un corps de femme (2014), Une allure impeccable (2016), La plus grande version de soi (2018), and Le sourire de Mana (2018)—exploring themes of identity, embodiment, freedom, and emotional resilience. She also maintains a personal blog, a photographic and narrative travel diary through Paris that was selected as a “coup de cœur” by Madame Figaro in 2010.
