Federico Capeci is the CEO for Italy and Spain at Kantar, the global leader in consumer insights, brand strategy, and data‑driven decision support. With a career spanning research, digital innovation, and executive leadership, he oversees the Insights Division across both markets, guiding teams that manage the legacy expertise of TNS and Millward Brown. His work positions Kantar as the indispensable brand partner for companies navigating rapidly evolving consumer landscapes.

Graduated in Economics, Capeci later specialized in data analytics at SDA Bocconi and completed advanced studies in Artificial Intelligence for Business at MIT. He is a contract professor of Consumer Insights at Università Cattolica in Milan and a frequent speaker at major conferences and academic institutions on topics such as social trends, brand management, digital marketing, and innovation. His thought leadership includes several well‑received books, including Generazione 2.0, Post Millennial Marketing, and Generazioni.

A pioneer of digital market research in Italy, Capeci repositioned the country’s first digital research company as CEO and later founded one of Europe’s earliest social media research agencies.
