Hannah Boyle is a music journalist and a member of Funktasy’s editorial team, where she brings a sharp, curious lens to the artists and scenes shaping today’s sound. Her writing blends cultural awareness with a passion for discovery, making her a vibrant voice within Funktasy’s coverage of emerging talent and evolving genres.

Currently a senior at The George Washington University, Hannah is majoring in psychology and brain sciences with double minors in marketing and journalism/mass communications. Outside the classroom, she hosts Redheaded Rock on WRGW District Radio, where she spotlights rising acts and explores the intersections of identity, emotion, and sound. Her presence in the D.C. music scene keeps her connected to the pulse of live performance and youth culture.

Hannah has previously written for MXDWN Music and Priestly Magazine, expanding her editorial range across interviews, reviews, and cultural commentary.
