Karl Schranz is a Maltese business professional specializing in corporate finance, accounting, and company services. Though trained as an accountant and initially employed in auditing, his professional expertise spans a variety of sectors.

Schranz began his career with a decade in audit roles at an international firm before transitioning in 2005 to a position at JP Morgan Chase in London, where he worked in Credit Hybrid Derivatives. Following his return to Malta, he led the corporate finance division of a local audit firm. In 2010, he co-founded E&S Group, a corporate services provider, where he currently serves as director and leads the firm's department for initial coin offerings (ICOs) and tokenomics.

Beyond his work at E&S Group, Schranz has been involved in the hospitality sector, including professional roles with FCM Travel Solutions Malta and the Corinthia Group. His areas of involvement also extend to MFSA licensing processes, token structuring, iGaming, and general corporate advisory services.
