Laura Hall is a Copenhagen-based freelance travel writer and journalist who contributes to BBC Travel, among many other international publications. Originally from England, she specializes in stories about Scandinavia, the Arctic, and sustainable travel. Her work has appeared in The Guardian, Condé Nast Traveller, Kinfolk, Vogue Scandinavia, and The Sunday Times, among others2.

She’s also the author of TimeOut Copenhagen, Footprint Reykjavik, and a children’s book titled One Day, So Many Ways. Beyond writing, she’s worked in communications for travel brands and tourist boards, and she’s passionate about storytelling that connects people to place.
