Natalie Pierce is the Head of the Global Shapers Community at the World Economic Forum. She has played a key role in leading initiatives that empower young leaders worldwide, focusing on community-building, program development, impact evaluation, and strategic communications.

Before joining the World Economic Forum in 2016, Pierce worked at the United Nations Office of Geneva and Teach for Canada, contributing to global education and youth development efforts. She holds an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario.

Pierce is passionate about participatory design and facilitation, using her expertise to inspire and connect young changemakers globally. Her leadership in the Global Shapers Community has helped mobilize thousands of young people to drive positive social change in their local communities and beyond.
