Sofia is a proud Georgian, born in the sunny, mountainous country where food is as soulful as the landscape. Trained as a food production technologist and seasoned as a brand chef, she brings technical precision and heartfelt tradition together in everything she cooks. She is also the creator of Evergreen, a restaurant concept built on the belief that healthy food can be vibrant, comforting, and genuinely delicious — a vision she has already brought to life with the first Evergreen location in the heart of Barcelona.

For more than a decade, Sofia has lived across Europe, immersing herself in its culinary cultures while refining her own approach to modern, wholesome cooking. In 2020, she launched her Instagram food blog, originally sharing complex, restaurant‑style dishes. But as her audience grew, she discovered what people truly craved: simple, cozy, everyday recipes that feel like home. That insight reshaped her entire platform.

Today, Sofia focuses on light, accessible, joy‑driven cooking — no fancy ingredients, no restaurant fuss, just honest food made with care. Her recipes are designed to fit real life: quick, nourishing, and irresistibly tasty.
