The integration of Enviroguide into DNV will enhance DNV's footprint across Ireland, with new roles spread across Dublin and Cork.

Job Creation

DNV's expansion will result in 200 new positions, with approximately 80 jobs based in Cork and the remainder distributed nationwide. The roles will cover various fields including environmental science and engineering, ecology and biodiversity, risk advisory, and energy consulting.

Integration of Enviroguide

Enviroguide Consulting, a Dublin-based environmental consultancy, will be fully integrated into DNV. DNV's expansion in Ireland is part of its broader commitment to sustainability and energy transition goals. The company aims to facilitate the global shift towards a highly decarbonized energy system, in line with the Paris Agreement's objectives. DNV's Irish office will play a pivotal role in providing independent energy expertise and technical guidance, aiding industries and governments in navigating complex transitions within both global and regional energy sectors.

The announcement has been welcomed by Irish officials, including Taoiseach MicheΓ‘l Martin and IDA Ireland Chief Executive Michael Lohan. They view DNV's decision to expand in Ireland as a vote of confidence in the country's highly skilled workforce and commitment to sustainability.
